What and Why?

As Marketing Product Manager, I was responsible for end-to-end transformation across digital marketing, UX, automation, and internal workflows. I led a cross-functional team, managed external partnerships, and worked closely with leadership to align marketing with business goals.


Results:

  • Boosted lead generation: Increased monthly qualified leads from ~200 to 400+ through data-informed targeting, revamped campaigns, and clearer CTAs across the site.

  • Improved quote journey UX: Cut quote processing time by 30 minutes with redesigned forms and clearer step-by-step flows.

  • Full website redesign: Led UX, brand refresh, and technical delivery — improving usability and visual coherence across 23 service pages.

  • Email marketing overhaul: Launched automated flows (35% average open rate), built segmented subscriber lists, and introduced monthly performance reporting.

  • CRM automation & analytics: Integrated Monday automations, as well as VoIP for the Sales team, and analytics dashboards to enable real-time insight into lead sources and conversion trends.

  • Sustainability campaign: Created a lead-gen initiative that planted 100 trees — reinforcing brand values while boosting engagement.

  • Team scaling & ops: Restructured the team, hired new specialists, and formalised workflows across design, sales, and content delivery.
